Well, this summer we are going to get llamas. These two cute ones that my brother named Cheeskake and Cupcake We are going to get them in about july. I know NOTHING about them. Just that they look kinda brainless, we can sell their fur, and that you can milk some of them. |

we were talking about getting a couple alpaca's and selling the fur and everything but we didn't know where to sell it at. All I know about them and llamas are they can be a bit stubborn and can be used as pack animals kinda. |

Well llamas are almost exactly like alpacas. The girls spit sometimes, but the boys are usually pretty nice. Most of the babies are littl brats but sometimes you get a sweet baby. You can ride llamas and pack with them. Llamas can hold up to 100 lbs. of weight. You can't ride or pack with alpacas. |

You can sell the alpacas fleece at shows and you can show the fleece too.
Lots of spinners(people that spin fleece into yarn)like to buy fleece. What farm are you thinking of buying them? |

My friend has a llama farm and it's pretty cool.I would love to get a llama but
1. we don't have a place to keep a llama
and
2. lack of money
My two favorite llamas are Liner's Dove and Star's Paisley.Dove was just sold from my friend's farm and I'm still really sad about it.Paisley is still there and is as sweet as ever.
Alpacas are pretty cool too but llamas seem a bit more brave and a bit smarter. No offense alpacas are darling.Anyways I would love to have a llama and I dream to have atleast 5 cart llamas someday.I don't know anybody that has cart llamas but I'd really like to learn more about them. Do you guys know about how to train a cart llama? |

Wow! Today I own four llamas.
That llama I mentioned named Paisley is ours and so are Ivy-Moon,K.T.,and Cameo. They are the sweetest llamas. As for llamas being stubborn some are but most aren't they are really smart too like Bre Marie said. alpacas are as well but I haven't had much experience with them. |
