Lol, I grew up with reptiles Smile. The animals are well, but now Sweetie has developed the habit of tipping her entire bowl of food over. But what are ya supposed to do. Sorry to hear about Gladiator Bratt. Sad

This might sound horrible of me, but honestly, I'm not that sad about Gladiator going. He's injured my horse countless times, though this is by far the worst. We're already looking for a dog to replace him, but still not exactly sure what to do with Gladiator. We've sent an email to a lady on craigslist getting rid of an Aussie Shepherd. So we'll see what'll happen...

Its not horrible, I understand where your coming from. We used to have a dog named Bo, and all Bo did was pee, everywhere. It was impossible to house break him so we had to give him up. There are no shelters that would sdopt a dog who attacks livestock?

Not where I live, Wolfie. And it's illegal (I think anywhere) to sell an animal that has attacked another. So unless we can find someone who we know that needs a dog for a "one-dog" home, then he may have to be put down...

BUT, despite all the bad things, there's good things going on at the farm too! Clover's getting even fatter, definitely some babies in there! I'm really hoping for twins! And I took Charming on a walk today down to the river. He's such a nice jogging partner! He just trots along like he's a dog... XD

Sorry to hear that Bratt. But at least there is some good to make up for the bad. Hows Aurora's leg doing?

Well, it really is a nasty cut. I've changed the bandage a few times, and the muck is staying out of it. Instead of red its turned to a pinkish color and I don't see any infection. Plus, she's still not limping and her fetlock isn't hot or swollen. So, I think it'll heal up okay, but not without a nasty scar.

Kdj, you really need to stop giving out personal info about yourself (name, age, home town). I know this site is probably pretty safe, but you have no idea who's looking at it. Plus it's against the rules. So, let's tone it down a bit! Wink

Yups not good Smile I'm fairly sure Bratt. Isnt some creeper, Smile *no offense Bratt* But you never know in this world, and there are hackers.

Thats good that there is no infection, i'm sure a scar isn't too bad. At least now it has a story behind it. Smile I have just spent like 6 or 7 hours editing and filming a video for my science class on water pollution. We even got free slurpees Very Happy Good times.

Haha, wolfie, so true! I could be a stalker. I assure you, I am not, but still, you can't just assume!

Yeah, a scar is a lot less worse than missing a foot or something, even though it may dock some points when I show her. Hopefully not!

Haha, I hate biology! Is that the science you're doing?

Yup and it turned out fabulously, although it did take me 8 hours of editing adn missing a day of school to do Wink

They shouldnt deduct points for a scar! That would be just not right, lol.

In other news, I seem to have a nice steady dog walking job for my neighbor and her Lab/Golden retriver mix. on the weekends.

I may hopefully be getting a 8wk old kitten! Her name is Sushi and she is black and white. But I wanna make sure she gets along with Angel and the dogs. Angel we tried to bring in another male adult cat but she wasn't having it. So i am hoping that a female kitten will ignite the motherly instincts.

Summer jobs that involve animals are always good!

I got a job at a reindeer farm close to me, so I'll be spending my summer days giving tours and training the deer. I've worked their a little in the past, but this time I'm fully employed. I think it'll be a good high school job, but I still have no idea what to do when I leave for college! Maybe livestock/agriculture field? Or literature? Or interior design? Who knows! XD
