I have contacted two different people to fix my rating and have got no response. The people I am staying with want to play this game to but because we all use the same computers it is messing up our ratings, I know the ops can fix this so please respond.

Ops can't fix that, only Nef and John can fix it. You'll need to put a ticket in through Orbis worlds and detail the accounts that are affected.
