Anyone know how to control their bottled up anger? I am going through some tough decisions adn i feel as if omeone just looks at me wrong, i will snap, i already snapped at my Step-sissy for flicking my arm, and i dont know what to do. I havent been this mad since a couple years ago when i almost broke a window >.< |

Breath. Do breathing exercises. They help alot, with stress and stuff. Also, you've gotta vent! Just tell someone everything that's going on, all of your feelings, JUST GET IT OUT!!! If it gets anyworse, consult a therapist or a school counselor. During the school year, I'm allowed to hang out in the counselor's office if I get upset, and my mom's cousin's friend is a Phsycologist, so I call her (Trish is awesome. She yells back sometimes, so I can get everything out. She also diagnosed my Anxiety Disorder, when she was doing an intelligence test on me 'cause I was doing poorly in school. I actually did incredibly well, it was odd.)
Rambling now, but I hope you get better! |

lol I would recomend you go to a school counsler if you can. I wouldn't want to but that may be because our school counslers are WEIRD. I would rather go hide under a rock than see our counslers LOL. |

On here what I do, I type it up, color the text white, and make the size small, depending on if I want the person to read it or not xD
see, this is tiny sized words, can you see it? Size 5 |

Thats size 5.
Size 1 is for if you are really going insane, but dont want them to know. It is really relieving. I have been doing that white thing for about... 5 minutes xD
see this is size 1
^ see that? You have to highlight the post to even see them. If you want to read, copy+paste or click 'quote' to see that I said. |

Exercise, a good hard run or running up and down the stairs. If possible, find some place away from everyone and scream your head off. Does wonders. |

For me one thing that really helps is taking a crayon or pencil and scribbling like a lunatic. It's incredibly satisfying to completely black out a page. That and exercise help me to wind down. Also, sometimes I'll go into my room and jump up and down and throw a silent tantrum. |

I will concur with Alabama; walk it out! It's really good for relieving stress. And if you can find a quiet place all to yourself, just talk about it to yourself and yell if you need to! |
