This has come in a few times, so I thought I'd address it.
Creating a SBF only chat is doable through wikkedwire. However, I think the most I've seen online at any time is 5 or 6 players and that's only once in a while. Most of the time it ranges from 0 to 3 players. It just doesn't seem worth the effort to create an instant chat and have it manned 24/7 by Orbis Games volunteer admin when it won't be used.
Players are welcome to come into wikkedwire through VHR or VP and private chat with each other any time they wish. You are also welcome to join VHR or VP chat at any time just to chat with other people, most of the time, those chats are talking about normal everyday life things, not so much the games in question.
If we see a lot of SBF players regularly, we might consider creating a chat room for them. |

i actually think SBF chat would be worth it es there are not very many people on and the most i have seen is 8 maybe 9 but hey at least you could try it out see if it gains popularity. |

Personally, I'm not interested in a chat nor do I think it is worth the trouble. |

Perhaps you could have a common chat between all Orbis games. Logging in to chat would by default put you in an 'Orbis chatroom', then you can tab between the different game specific chatrooms, and possibly also other chatrooms like an RPG chatroom.
Also, what is the link to the current chatrooms that exist for the Orbis games? |

It's not possible to create a "common" chat that you can then move into separate rooms as we use a third party host for the chat rooms. To move from rooms, you must enter a command to join another room.
The easiest way to join chat in VP or VHR is to create an account for those games and join from within the game.
Otherwise, you can download the chat client. There's a how to here |

So in order to get a SBF Chat, we need to go on the VP and VHR chats and announce we're from SBF to let the Ops know?
I'm a tad lost.. >.> |

LOL No, not announce it, per se. More you can chat in those places if you wish. I'm talking about if we see more people online here regularly.
If we do know some of those people use chat as well, it may be something we consider. I think there's already a couple SBFers that also play the other games that use chat. |

I think it would be nice having a chat on here so we can train animals but talk to other people at the same time. |
