I m Tiffi and I have a account here but admin or mod have closed my account I dont anderstand why ?

I have only one account so why close my account ?

I have not done anything wrong

If you have a sibling with an account, or a friend who signed up from the same computer as you the game will misinterpret that as you having more than one account.

You need to contact the game owner (johnarras@gmail.com) to fix this issue.

Actually, you will probably get it resolved faster putting a ticket in through Orbis Worlds. More people than just John can resolve the issue of too many accounts from one IP.

It depends on when we get the report on orbis worlds or when John has time to read his e-mails and fix it from there. Which is why we suggest Orbis Worlds as there are other people besides John who can fix the problem.

I've seen this happen, and it's happened to me too. I sent through a ticket, didn't work, then I emailed him, and almost immediate feedback.

Im not alone here to have this problem.
I cant play and have this problem in 2-3 days now

iui had this problem for about 2 months and a friend on here e-mailed Jhon for me because my e-mail was being messed up and i got it back the next day.

John has taken a job outside Orbis Games, so isn't around as much. He's still involved, but it may take longer. I've not seen any tickets on OW as yet to bring attention to of the game owner, Nef.

As Alabama has said, you would be best off creating a support ticket via Orbis Worlds. Otherwise you could be waiting quite a bit longer until John has enough time to deal with it.
