If you have post it here and how you broke it or sprained it.

Get ready for this I am VERY known for breaking bones and injuring myself.

Right arm - This was when my cousin told me I couldn't run to the garbage can and throw something away. Natruly I took the challenge. After 3 trys I was determind and ran really fast back and forth ramming my hand into the couch. CRUNCH. ICK!!

Right arm - Yes the second time. I was told to move myself to the chair when my aunt was putting down the blind. I slowly walked backward and tripped over my dogs bed. CRACK! EWWWW!!

Left leg - Simple, I am REALLY competitive. I was playing soccer. I was going to get that ball. I was kicked in the leg. No big deal right. Ok so The I keep playing thinking I will run it off. Making it worse at recess I go play more Soccer and trip. about 2 weeks later I finally get a cast.

Heel Bruse - Sounds not do painful. Ha guess again. Ok was in a pile of leaves got jumped on, toddler jumped on the same spot, tripped down the stairs. GO to Doc, doesn't listen, after a month and 2 docs I get an MRI and get a cast.

Sprain wrist 4 times,

Sprained ankle 10 times

Sprained finger 1 time

Pulled musles 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Hey what can I say I do Track? Like that has anything to do with it. Ha yeah right.

I could go on FOREVER.

Poor guys Sad !

Not to brag, but I've NEVER in all of HISTORY, had a serious thing, no pulled muscles, no broken bones, no sprained things, the worst thing I ever had was a flippin scrape on the knee! Oh, I have way to much luck! Sad

LOL I said that until I was 25, when I broke my tail bone. I think that is the worst thing to break in all of the body. Each step hurts, sitting hurts, standing hurts, laying down hurts. Never mind that as it starts to heal and stops hurting so much, the pain endured if you forget and jump. Did that by coming off a horse at a dead run and trying to hang onto the reins to keep the horse from running off. He drug me a good 50 yards before I let go.

Broke the outside bone on my foot a few years back. Did that running down the outside steps in the dark while trying to chase a stray away from our garbage.
