Anyone willing to make a Layout?

Ok, If you see my Public page, DRAG AND NOTHING! After checking out amazing Layouts from Ferox to Cowgirls to Old players, I decided I needed my own. So, does anyone here know how to make a layout or at least give me a couple pointers? i know what I want to includ, If you could that would be Awesome!
