Take this quiz:
1. Do you text while having meals?
2. Do you text during class?
3. Do you interrupt your homework to answer texts?
4. Do late-night texts interrupt sleep?
5. Do you feel anxious when you turn off your phone?
If you answered yes three timesotr more, you might wanna consider cutting down on texting.
It can help you stay connected but it also cuts you off from regular life. If you are doing bad in school and your not sure why but you text alot, you may want to consider cutting back on texting and hitting the books. Its okay sometimes but you may need to relax on the texting and go back to family time. Just wanted to bring this to some peoples attention.
