I know that siskate has been in a lot of pain and missing her friend Scout so I thought I would do something nice for her. I asked her for a picture of Scout and this is what I did with it.

I literally bawled when I saw this, I am so blessed to have such wonderful and supportive friends on here, and this peice of art is utterly beautiful. The poem is so gorgeous and true. I am so happy that someone went out of their way to do something so thoughtful for me. And it really makes me feel better about this

I am so glad that you liked it siskate, I am glad to have been able to do this for you. I didn't write the poem but it holds a special place in my heart too. It wasn't a pet that I lost, it was something much more than that. I lost my son Dakota back in 2005 and this poem has been my favorite since I saw it. I hope none of you ever go through the pain of losing a child. It is the worst thing that a mother would ever have to endure. Please don't ask questions about how or why, it is too painful to talk about. I just wanted to share this wonderful poem with you.  |
