which is better rarity 1 or rarity 10?

I wanna buy some new rarer animals but I dont know how to tell simple question one or ten? help!!! which on is rarer?

! is rarer. The rarest is 0 which is almost extinct

0 is Almost Extinct, 10 is overpopulated. 0 is the best rarity, 10 is more common. and so on. Very Happy
