How do you put a picture on a website? Can someone help me? My picture's on paint.

Step one - Upload
--Go to http://www.tinypic.com.
Step two - Select your pic
--Hit browse and select your picture.
Step three - MAGICAL
--Hit 'upload' XD
Step four - Post it!
--copy the 'Direct Link for Layouts'
--paste it in the post you would like to use it in and put it like this:

This is my picture, how do I give it to one of my cats?

Okay, I tried it, and that's what happened. Can anyone else help? I'm desperate!

dont do the [img][/img] just the link use this http://i28.tinypic.com/rixl49.jpg
