Hi,
I bred my ferrets and it said due in this many hours/minutes/ ect. It is way past that time and my ferret has still not given birth, what's going on??

no need to panic yet, you just need to take and exam and the baby will be born

An exam is little orange bar at the top of the screen that say "examine animals" This is needed to train animals and make them give birth
