I have a picture that I took of my sheep that I would like text added too and resized. I want it a little smaller, so that it will fit nicer on an animals page, and I want this text on it...

I think Photobucket is easier... if TinyPic doesn't work, try www.photobucket.com

That's where I do stuff like that to my images. Here's an example.

You can add borders, special effects, text, colors, blurring and modifying, ect. I love it! I also use it to make art and I haven't tried manips, but I'm sure you could do it.

My problem with PB is it is very slow and there are a lot of ads. But yes, photobucket is very nice for the effects.
