Pegasus Manip needed- Why will no one make me a manip?

Her color is Iridescent Turquoise and she has shimmery sapphire wings, I would like to have this background used. Yes, I took the picture, it is of the Minnehaha falls here in MN.

Her name is SC Misty Blue, I'd like that added to the top and on the bottom, Owned by Drmchaser.

I want the color of the Pegasus to be very similar to the color in this picture. I am only using it as an example, it is not to be copied or modified or anything.

I am creating a pegasus manip from a regular horse. I will make you a pegasus, so long as I don't have to use your background because it doesn't work well with what I was planning to do. Do you mind as long as I find something similar for the bg?
