I'm a dog 4-Her! I've got a fantastic shetland sheepdog puppy, just over a year old. We're on our second year in 4-H right now. ^^ In our first year, we actually won Overall Grand Champion!! It was the best experience of my life. =D I discovered my passion for showmanship there. Anyway, I'm really involved in my 4-H group. We are fortunate enough to meet every week, and I have a very good leader. I LOVE it!

I'm in 4-H. I've been raising lambs for 3 years now, going on my 4th! I have got Grand Champion every year! Lucky, I know, right?! Wink (Don't tell anyone, but I'm planning on a Grand Champion for my 4th year too! I'm gonna dazzle the crowds! I'm also going to name my lamb this year "Dazzle", appropriate, right?! So, *shhhhhh*). Anyway, I also do Basketball, horse back riding (yes, it's a sport!), and swimming.

Bratterratt Very Happy

I was a Girl Scount, and the best cookie seller in the troop. Smile

Can't wait till my Neice is old enough, I need my cookies. Smile

Fire Opal: How big is your Sheltie?? I am loooking for a Sable/white female that's not a toy sized dog
It bugs me that they made the Sheltie so small, its to small to do the job it was bred to do.

Yeah, I was in 4H horse & pony and did arts and crafts. Since I aged out a while back I came back as a volunteer leader with the horse club (they couldn't keep me away, lol). Last year I got to be defacto leader of the mini saddle clubbers after the last one decided she liked working with the older kids better, don't know what she was thinking, those minis can ride better than the big kids Razz.

I compete in Dog and Horse 4H. My dog is an agility addict, her name is Lilly, and she's a 2year old Golden Retriever. My horse is a Hunter/Jumper, currently jumping at 2'3"-2'6" level and we also do Western, Dressage, Showmanship and Trail. His name is Scout, and he is a Bay Thoroughbred, 7 years old, fully grown, but only 14.1hh! He is a registered Sport Pony, too Smile I love 4H, and everyone in my club is so nice! And the great thing is, we have one huge combined club with horses and dogs, we just go to two separate fairs.

I also competed in Pony Club, but it got to be too much of a commitment and stress on my family. And my horse wasn't always up for Cross Country, either.
