I have a Bates close contact. I just got it several months ago.

I love Stubbens, they make me feel so balanced and safe. Unfortunaly Winnie hates them with a passion, so it will probably be a while before I can get one lol. I like Amerigos too, the leather is so soft! My friend has one and she let me borrow it while I was saddle hunting, it was such a comfy ride. Unfortunaly my legs are like 6 inches longer than hers so I looked pretty ridiculous in it lol. |

Queso - Awesome saddle, that was actually one of my options, too! It is so comfy, too.
Khloran- Awesome! Saddleseat is the best, I used to do it, too. I rode an Arabian named Kazmorafic, and even tried my little pony Cisco in it, too. Nice saddle, looks comfy!!

Hrmm... I have like.. four saddles.. All Western. I use to have an english but loaned it to a friend after graduating HS and never got it back..
My main saddle I've had for almost 9 or 10 years.. (omg.. no idea it had been hat long) It is a cordura barrel racing saddle. I love how light weight it is and how easy to clean.
My other saddles I don't really use and have no idea what there make is. One is my first saddle, an old western show saddle that was handed down to me. The other is a BIG but really Nice old school western saddle given to my dad by an old guy that lived on our block. He use to use it when he trained and road his horses in parades and stuff. And my last saddle is actually a small kids saddle my parents bought for my brother a long time ago. I just keep it around in case one day I decide to pop out a kid 
Other then that I am actually looking at buying a new saddle. I was torn between getting an Aussie or a Treeless.. But after talking with my vet and asking around the stable and trying out some saddles I'm going with the Treeless. A Bob Marshall Endurance saddle to be precise (that is when I stop procrastinating and finally pick out which features I definitely want) |

I ride English all the time! I currently only have one saddle, 'cause my horse is too young to ride anyway! It's an English Jumping Saddle, and extremely comfortable. I like the feel of Dressage Saddles too, but I'll probably never get one as I have no interest in learning dressage!

What brand of saddle is it? Yes, Dressage is very fun, and the saddles are like sofas. The disipline is so hard, but very rewarding and so beautiful to watch and ride. I competed in level three Dressage for a little while. It was really hard and very fun. I competed on a level three test once, and when I didn't pass, went back to second level. I switched to hunter/jumpers after a while. It's awesome and I am working with my new greenie on jumping smaller 2'3" fences right now. How high do you jump?

Okay so I am SO jealous, my friend is getting the Pessoa XP3 Legacy saddle for Christmas, I got to try it out for her (she doesn't know she's getting it) and I almost wish I said "No! She won't like this saddle..."
Ahhh mann! Well, at least I might get to ride in it sometimes...

Yep, those are English, but I've always loved western! That's cool that they teach Western where you live, that must be fun! Do you have a favorite horse or pony you like to ride?

| I think I'll add to the list of western saddles on here. Right now I have a Crate trail/pleasure saddle picked up second hand. It's pretty comfy, but not as nice as the Textan pleasure saddle I got the chance to borrow for a couple years. Don't know how old that one was, but it was worn slick and broken in perfectly. |

Rolly, the stables that i used to go to dosent have him anymore   He was a roan quarter horse. Im going to start voluntering at a stable though. Maybe ill find a horse there. I live in SW USA |

| You could find a horse rescue to volenteer at, I'm sure they would really appreciate any help you'ld be able to give. Most rescues need people to groom and love on their horses, and some will even let you ride, depending on your riding level. Its a great way to help out needy horses. |
