Swimming in a pool
Is really fun and cool
We get so much ice-cream
And be on a baseball team
Play with our friends
The fun never ends
No teachers nagging us
No going to school on the bus
No homework
But chore work
No homophones
Just cell phones
No bullies like Seth
No smart alecs like Beth
And definitely no tests
Just summertime quests
But, now it’s getting boring
I can hear grandpa snoring
None of my friends are home
I’m in my room all alone
Now it’s the last day of summer,
Man, this one was a bummer!

My friend and I wrote it, I just cant remember when.
