Hello.
I am new and my rating is already at 60! I have no idea why and I would hate to be banned already!

| Rating decreases are most likely caused by a second account on the same computer. If you have a sibling or friend who accesses the game from your computer, the rating will drop. If this is the case, please write a support ticket on Orbis Worlds to have this problem fixed. |

My sister played this game but she quit and now I play!
How can i write that support ticket? |

You need to go to orbisworlds.com and create an account. Then go to Get Help. |

If you email John (when you log in, his email is underneath it) he can usually fix it. My brother plays on here, too and so sometimes I have the same problems with ratings.
