A few people in the game have done this. This gives us the option of creating a whole new species in the game. Like for example say the game didn't have horses. You could create horses in the game and then choose which building they were to be housed in, how long there average life span was, what there upkeep points would be and create the first 3 breeds(variations) of the species and colors. You then get credit, your name, posted with the species for everyone to see when they look it up. If you go and check out the 'Species Detail' link on the left side of your farm and scan through some you can see who created the species on the right side, whether it was a member or Orbis Games.

That is the simplest way I can come up without reiterating the info already on that page.
