i'm trying to name my animals but it wont let me it keeps telling me name is not unique. what does this mean?

It means that there is another animals in the game with that name. The game does not allow for multiple animals to have the same name. This is not a bug in a system. Try adding special characters or a farm brand in the name.

I thought it meant that there is another animal on your farm with that name. Not anyone else's farm
