I am a bit new, and have a question. I have a dog with blue eyes. How rare is that feature?

1. You can look up the rarity of each detail by going to your farm menu and clicking on Species Details at the bottom. You can then look up any species alphabetically and check out all the possible breeds, colors and details currently in the game for that species. Each one will also say how rare they are, 0 is the rarest and 10 is the most common.
If you want to find out how many dogs in the game have blue eyes however you can do a search in the Marketplace.

2. I'm not sure what your referring to. Is that a detail on an animal or something in an animals name?

3. You gain access to new habitats as you earn money and incease you Max Cash Ever. When you take exams you should see some red words at the bottom telling you how much you need for the next habitat and what it is. Also you can look up information for each habitat, how much your Max Cash Ever has to be for each one and which animals go in them, by clicking on the Building Costs link in on the side menu of your farm. Its right under the Species Details link.
