Trace, pl0x?

I have [this] drawing, and I'd appreciate it if someone could trace it on a computer program. I've already got permission from the original artist to do this, if you'd like to see proof, just ask, and I'll pm it to you.

There are a few changes I'd like to happen though. With the mouth, I'd like it to be smiling, but not a big toothy grin. Also, could you put the arms down by the waist, or hands on her hips? Because she's supposed to look happy, not angry. Another thing is, that when you trace it, I'd like it to look sketchy, not totally 'fine-lined'.

You can choose a price, but my limit is 10mil, which I think is enough.
