So: I SUCK at people. Yet I tried drawing one anyway. lol
And I lined and colored it in GIMP. I know, my lines suck, but so does the person so it....evens out...^^

It's not a bad as you think it is.
The proportions on the torso aren't bad, hair looks really cool and the colouirng is great. You've done really well on a lot of the things people struggle on. The hands proportions are good too.
Some advice would be to fix (only word I could find) up the face a little because it looks a little wonky, and the collar bone is actually lower down on a human's body. Also- and I do this a lot too- the forearm is a a little too lnog for the body, it should be similar size to the upper arm and in total the wrist should be in line with the very bottom of the hip. A tip with the fingers would be to remember that they naturally curl when there's relaxed, it doesn't mean you're hands should be fists, but the further away from the thumb the more they curl, but the closest should be close to straight, like you have it there.
Um... perhaps be a little more selective with how many folds, creases ect. you have in the clothing, they look good, you're better at drawing them than I am, especially in pants, but try to cut down a little.

Either way, I'm just being picky. On the whole it's a really good picture. I scrolled down thinking 'wow, she underestimates herself for sure'.
I'd like to see some more work from you actually. Me likey.

Yeah, I noticed I made the arm a bit to long when i drew it. But I had been arguing with myself over drawing it for about a half hour and didn't bother with it. ^^' And I think the head came out to big....
...I did go a bit crazy on folds, didn't I? >.> I'll remeber to tone that down some when I draw another person. Lolz
