Suggestion For Buildings...

I was wondering if a "Destroy Building" feature would be a good idea?
I was just thinking about it and why I have empty buildings that I know I won't use in the future.

You could maybe get half or 1/4 your money back from the creating amount (or none at all xD), but you can also have the option to rebuild it for the same cost as you first built it.
