I wrote this after splitting with my bf about a year ago.

Alone again

Full of hurt and sorrow
What will come tomorrow?
A brighter day, a better time?
Something I could just call mine?
The days roll by, merged into one
Another day, a victory won?
No, it's just the same everyday
I fear that I have lost my way
Cold and dark my worlds become
I wish that I could just run
Away from my life, and all the pain
What is there left for me to gain?
Could there be someone out there?
Who could make my life seem fair?
Maybe one day there wil be
But for now, it's just me

Nope. Never saw each other again. I've moved on now though. Like I said, that was a while ago
