My Critter

OK, as you may not know, Shadow has two gerbils. Cute little fellas, really. One is still young, under a year old, but my other looks like she...erm...how shall I say this...is going to Florida to play shuffleboard soon. She's a couple months over four years old, which is elderly for a gerbil. She's graying out all over, is a lot more prone to getting cuts than my other, and is very slow and laid back. She gets a bloody nose every once in a while, too. I know there are plenty of rodent experts out there, so I wanted to know; is there anything I can do to make her more comfortable/prolong her little life? Any hints appreciated.

Well i had a little hamster that passed away not too long ago and my only advice would be to keep the little guy happy right till the very end. I know that my little hamster had a happy life.
