Need Help

I am a proud owner of a Palomino Pintabian horse and I need a picture made for her. The only picture I can find online, is one that has it set where you can't copy the picture. Does anyone have a program that can get it? Here is the link and it says Rare Palomino Pintabian Stallion under the picture, you have to scroll down a bit to find it but it is the only picture that I can find for this color and breed.

The reason they set it to do that is probably because they don't want anyone using thier picture. You can't just take pictures off of random sites, you need to make sure you use ones form stock sites. Otherwise you can get in trouble for using copyrighed pics.

My computer will copy it, but I am not sure what you want it for. Do you just want it as a referance?

I can snap shot it with GIMP, but not if ur going to use it for something and break copyright laws. If u just need it as a refrence, thats ok, I guess. But if your planing on useing it for a Photomanipulation, you shouldn't without permision. Wink

I want the picture to use on SBF for my pintabian horse. I don't plan on using it anywhere else.

That wold be breaking copyright laws. All of the pictues you use one SFB must come from stock sites or you must get permission from the owner. If you scroll down to the bottom of thir page the is the little copyright symbol, that means you can't use anything on their page without permission. Even if it doesn't have one it is still copyrighted unless stated otherwise.

Unless you can get permision from a site with a picture you want to use, maybe you can get someone to draw one for you?

That's exactly what I was going to suggest, Mystery_User101!

Sometimes, when I can't find a picture that I want, I look up some reference pose pictures on royalty free sites, and draw the horses myself. And if you're not the best drawer [I can't remember if you have a shop or not] then you can always bu art from other players. Even me, [who, well, I like to think, can draw] would buy art from other players...
