I LOOK AT LIFE

I look at life through eyes of of mystery
Watching the moments and challenges unfold
I see the truths taught throughout history
And ponder the stories as yet to unfold

I see the triumphs of courage and pain
Of struggles and trials and determination
I see the wisdom we each of us can gain
And watch that growth come with fascination

I am the watcher who sees all the good
That comes from the times that we see as sad
And know that each of us did what we could
To change the present from the past so bad

I stand beside you to strengthen resolve
And walk before you to open all doors
I walk behind you past hurt to dissolve
I am the spirit of hope in your cause

So when you are feeling alone and afraid
Remember the spirit of hope and be strong
Learn the wisdom which before you is laid
The good times are coming, it wont be long
