Silly silly people......

Why do you have to have the best to have fun?

I've been working really hard on my bunnies....taken me well over 3000 turns. Want to know a little secret? I make the event fit their style. I raise their stats to inconceivable, train them to the max, and then design an event that will give them a boost! I make the color/variation/breed low, and the rest very high. My animals win very often! I rarely get lower than the top 3! And guess what!!! NONE of them had had real money used on them. And they are all different! Like Jinxx said, much goes into the factoring of how your animal scores. It just so happens that the events you put your animals in don't fit their strengths. Why put them in a contest if the color is very high and you have an overpopulated color? That will diminish your score to others who have nice colors! Most people don't even look at the stats you need for the scores. They just look at the prize! So I make the prize high, and people enter! My bunnies win. Now, none of them are on the lists of best bunnies! But they still have awesome records! I think one of my bunnies is all for all out of his/her events! I've won at least half a mill for prizes...besides, there are users that will sell you tokens! I admit, they aren't cheap, but if you want a special color then save your money to buy some! And who cares if you are the best? You think that people will look at the list of best pets and say, "Oh, I'm so glad they are the best! I don't need to be on the top, anyway." NO. Your friends might do that, but they'll tell you that because you are FRIENDS and they want you to do good! But if they are your real friends anyway, they won't care how many animals you have that are the best! I root for my friends to do well when they enter eents, yeah. But I don't really care how well-accomplished they are. As Bezzy said, she's been awarded the "Best known User". Do you think she got there by 1. complaining or 2. aking the best animals? Yeah, she has MANY cool animals that are in the top, but that's not why she's well known....half the time I go on here just to chat when I'm bored....I do love the game, but I don't mind if I'm the best...I just keep working at it. How long have you been trying to get nice animals? Have you worked until all their stats are at inconceivable? If not, you shouldn't be complaining! If you get the stats to inconceivable, train them up, and still lose then I MIGHT have a little sympathy...but complaining gets you no where...it just makes people look down on you and think of you as a whiner and lazy. Besides, I'm having a bit more of a problem myself! I can't get into my account, for no apparent reason! I've just been lcoked out! I'm not suspended, banned, and I have the correct combination of pass/log-in name. And if you want to diss the game, take it somewhere else. Everyone who goes here LIKES the game!! Or else they wouldn't be here.....

Now, this was not a personal attack on you or anyone else. I just love to rant! ^.^ If there was a rant board here, I would OWN it! xD I'm very outspoken and I love to voice my idea Wink

Here's a prime example of a RESCUE animal. Not 1 token was spent on her and her colour was not changed. She is as I got her as a rescue animal.

Animals don't have to be gotten with tokens to do well. I have tons of other examples but as I was going thru and training I ran onto Simmone and thought about this thread. Oh and she's an overpopulated variety. Nothing special just that I continue training her and enter to the shows she's best fit for. Like most of the animals on my place.

Im sorry to say it, but get over it. Seriously, i have not spent a cent on the game, i wouldnt. IT IS A GAME! I have a few threatened animals, thats only because i spend alot of time examining animals, saving my cash, and buying them when they are cheap. One of them was a turkey. She had Endangered/Threatened colour and breed and i bought her for about 100k. Bargain. It is just because i spent the time looking for cheap good animals.

Would like to mention that your animal (the one now being beat in comps) has much lower stats then the ones winning. Work on these first. Or find events that cater for your animals. You need to put in the time and effort to excel in this game. NOT CASH!!!!

I agree with ambrosia and also skylette if you were a bit less sceptical and defensive then you'd probably make more friends and be able to trade animals with other people on here. There are always nice people willing to help others out and to trade at times even for the more rare animals or breeding to their more rare animals. Being nice doesn't cost a thing to start with, nor does having fun or a good time.

Instead of complaining about not having money to buy your way into the best animal on SBF (which in my opinion is Elegance who was rescued by blorgy slorgy and totally free!) then you should think... you have access to a computer, and the internet, and you are complaining that you don't have the money to buy a few tokens that will get you no where in the real world but will simply get you a few more million playcash. People in the world live off rats and dirty water. They have no family some of them, and some of them don't say a word of complaint. They actually have a right to complain. But they don't. They laugh, they smile, they are grateful they are alive... some people in the world are dying of illness that will leave their family with no mother/father/child... and they make the most of life while they can. And what do you do? You sit on your backside and complain that your animal is not on top of the top animals list. None of mine are. Barely any of mine are even in 10th place. But I don't care. The time it took you to post this could have been better spent thinking about the people who have no money to live, let alone buy tokens. I have seen two posts on here where SBF players relatives are dying, and they are really upset... but they still don't complain to us about it. SBf obviously is not fun to you and SBF is supposed to be relaxing and good fun. If you don't find it fun don't play it... do something else like donate to charity or something. Lifes too short to complain about what you haven't got. Be grateful for what you have got. Because some people in the world have absolutely nothing.

So you want sbf to do away with tokens? Fine, then who is going to pay sbf's bills, so we can all still play?

yes, imo, users who have tokens, do have a small advantage. This is an opinion, everyone has one, it's worth about half a cent these days.

BUT, also imo, that advantage doesn't come in having more animals win more often. The benefit (for me) is it helps me raise my prestige, it helps me make more sbf money (yes, it does, I admit I make animals so I can get money!) what can I say? I'm greedy. It also, gives us the advantage, of being able to say hey, I play this AWESOME game, and you know what? I helped with making/creating/adding to it etc, because look there, see that Eagle? *I* made that. That eagle might not be in the game if not for me. And hey, since I bought tokens and made that eagle, maybe sbf will be able to run for another week or so! And thats cool, because I LIKE playing sbf.

There are a lot of games out there, that offer donators special privalages. This is their right, and I have nothing against it, and have even donated to some, if I felt the game was worth it. They don't do this because they are lazy greedy sods, they do it because they want to be able to keep offering their game for FREE for people to play. And servers and maintenance etc cost money.

The owners of THIS game are nice, in that you don't HAVE to donate to get tokens. So even those who don't BUY tokens, can get them, and get w/e benefit you think it is a person gets form having tokens.

Save your turns up, contract to train peopels animals for either sbf cash, or tokens. Draw some pics, sell them, make some layouts, sell them, enter contests on boards, win some tokens..

Do whatever you want, just don't whine. I don't come on to get whining, I get enough of that at home in REAL life.

And my best advice of all? If you don't like the game that much? See ya, go play a differant one, that is better suited to your ideal of fairness.

Also, if we want to use our real life money to get tokens, and if we use them as a "shortcut" some how instead of putitng 20 to 40 hours a week into sbf to do it the long way, then who cares? We work 40 hours a week, some of us work 60 even 80 hours a week, and we work HARD for that money, so who are you to come and whine when we want to spend a measly 20 bucks of it to ENJOY ourselves?

If we DO get shortcut form buying tokens, then it averages out in the amount of time others can spend on here compared to people who work grinding hours each week, and some have school too..

lol animal 12 hours sat night, 12 sun night, 8 mon and 8 tue nights. I get my 40 hours in in 4 days, and then have a 3 day weekend.

The only problem is, here lately I've had so much to do on my days off, that I never get any rest, and I feel wiped out.

but yea, I actually CHOSE those hours lol seniority has its perks!

Bezzella and Jinxx are giving away tokens! How much nicer and easier does it get than that? You don't have to spend rl money, some extremely wonderful people are willing to help people who aren't rich on the game and who aren't willing to spend hard earned cash, by simply giving them out.

I added details, with tokens people were willing to part with, they aren't cheap, but its real money buying them...so I'm not complaining. The colors and variations are orbis colors and variations. I rescued them this way and they are two of my favorite animals.

Sylette look just because you are a child and you missed the American part called WORKING does not mean you have a right to say people cheat because they make foundi pairs. I am currently trying to make one without spending 1 dollar...people work to get animals and if people did not create animals others would not get good animals I want you to go through this whole game without touching any created aniamsl good-luck because probaly more than half are and the ones that arent are not so good stop be a whiny child ok....and if you train you're animals low animals can sometimes beat higher anmals but sadly I see you want the lazy way out...
