You can ride a horse without much back muscle perfectly fine in a saddle as long as it fits well. She would probably build the muscles up faster. The saddle is designed to distribute your wieght more evenly, I've even heard some argue that its better for them to be ridden in a saddle that bareback. |

Oh, it can't be the same horse. We didn't get a new horse in the barn and ours is stallion free, probably cause we have mostly mares and little kids at the stable, but it was a nice thought! |

At the I am at there are 3 stallions I am not sure about little kids I go out there when theres no one out there. |
