I'll be honest, I really don't like any anime at all... I tried getting into it, but I just couldn't see the point. *shrugs*

I haven't watched any lately. But my list of favourites include:

Fullmetal Alchemist
Trigun
Hellsing
Vision of Escaflowne
Fushigi Yuugi
Ouran High School Host Club
Gravitation
Gundam Wing
Wolf's Rain
Blue Seed
Gunsmith Cats

I'm also a big fan of the feature movies.

Mononke-Hime (Princess Mononoke)
Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi (Spirited Away)
Tokyo Godfathers
Millennium Actress
Howl's Moving Castle

I pretty much try and avoid anything geared towards kids (Naruto, Pokemon/Digimon, Yu-gi-oh, etc)/anything that shows up on Cartoon Network. If it isn't subtitled, it isn't worth watching.

I had to read the first two volumes of the manga for one of my 400-level Japanese film classes. It just isn't really my thing. Couldn't get into the story or the characters.

Wolf's Rain is awesome!!! The characterizations were phenomenal; I loved every single character design. I did some fanart of WR a LONG time ago... It really influenced the way I draw.

I do have to admit, I am a bit of an anime fanatic XD
The first wolves I had on VP looked like, and were named after the WR wolves Wink

Runs off to find old pictures...

...I did some Kenshin fanart too,

Wolf's Rain, Kenshin, and all of the characters within, belong to their respective creators. This art is fan-made and is in no way affiliated with the original creators. Wink

aaannnd... one anime-style pic I did just for fun Very Happy

...sorry for cluttering up the post Embarassed I'll take some of these off if it's too long, lol.

Yeah,I do think Wolf's rain was and is still one of my favorites xD
I agree with the characterization, and you did an anwesome job drawing Kiba and,I love his expression, like grrr!Imma get you if you...lol
I like Tsume as well xD I dont know about Hige,he was hilarious though..and Toboe..have you drawn him? I loved the coloring of Blue's eyes <3 Im odd..anyways..
I did hate the ending..but even though Kiba did find Paradise..except for Cheza(sp) bahhh. Crying or Very sad Very Happy

Glad to see other people know what Wolf's Rain is XD

I don't know, I've heard so many views on the ending. Personally, I find it interesting how each of the characters died to their own "paradise". Example: Toboe died protecting someone, Hige died with Blue, Blue died as a wolf protecting Cheza and the other wolves, etc. In a way, by dying, they each found what they were living for.
