You sure can. Listed below are some of my personal faves. Feel free to choose these or any other. But you can only adopt animals you have cages for. Since you only have the rodent cage, you can only adopt rodents.

Its really slow. I get maybe one pm every 2 weeks or so. Thats why Frosty made all those posts. Smile Were trying to get more people interested.
