Pooki, what kind of blanket? There are different sizes (a small splotch on top of the rump, hip blanket, hip to shoulder blanket, etc.), and by blue spots do you mean blueberry blue? 'Cause real blue roans are just black horses with roan hairs on the body, but if you want blue then blue it will be. The sunset won't be the same as the example, that picture is already owned by a player on VHR.
You're looking at paying at least 100k for all that, maybe more once I know what kind of appy pattern is going on it. |

A white blanket that covers the rump / hip sounds good with spots that match the main coat color. For the color I had in mind something like a dappled deep blue - black hairs on the legs, underbelly for shading might be nice. Maybe a dark mane/tail with silver highlights would be neat too. It's fine if the picture isn't exactly the same as the example. Something similar is fine. Perhaps you can pick colors that contrast with the mare's color so she doesn't blend in too much. Does that help?? I like to draw as well so I understand that inspiration / creativity are part of it so I trust what you come up with!
I expect the price to match picture - I know there is a lot of detail that I asked for! I will pay you well!

Mute: My apologies for not replying sooner - I've had some RL issues come up and I've been pretty stressed lately.
The picture is GORGEOUS.
I've sent a contract. |

animal_mad- Mostly PhotoShop CS2. It works on macs but it's about as far from free as you can get. Sometimes I still use GIMP. It can run on macs and is a free download you can google to find the OS X version of it.
Kesquivalerian- That's ok, I can be pretty patient for play money. Actually, I kind of forgot I was even waiting on a contract from you XD
bumblebee- Quite sure. I can't show WIPs on that specific picture since I delete the file that has the layers after the picture is paid for. I do have all the layers for the last snake I did if you want solid proof.
*edit*
It's not really a WIP, but I did find the sketch for the snake in question. It aparently escaped the last picture genocide.

I can say you'd find it pretty hard to get a photo of a Kenyan in that particular pose - the angle and all, you see.
He's quite cute, though - and I say that with Nienna's RL Kenyans in my dining room and upstairs in my reptile room. |
