I, KaylaBlue, agree to *~Trent~*'s conditions of: 1) This animal will only be bred for replacement, 2) this animal and all similar descendants will not be sold, sterile or whole, 3) this animal and all similar descendants may not be studded out. Conditions 1-3 may only be broken with Creator - *~Trent~*'s - permission. In the event that i quit/ban, please follow the wishes of whomever i sell/give the "Creators Rights" too of "Brindle and White" and "French Bulldogs".
I understand that 'similar descendants" means the descendants of this dog with the same color or variation.
I understand that "Creators Rights" are the right to decide the conditions of the breed. I.e: if the animal is a public animal, free to all
I understand that this is a serious contract, and *~Trent~* wont find it funny if you break it.
I would never think of breeching this contract You can most definitely have faith in that.
Kayla
Edit: I know who breeched now. I probably could have/probably should have warned you about their breeding habits. |

Eh, its okay. It was me being too trusting...
Yeah, its really killing me, i pmed them, but they havent come online today. It looks like they were trying to get the color into another AE breed, but it would have been no trouble to ask, and i bet i would have said yes. I have been pretty care-free about letting people expand the colors into other breeds, as long as I know about it. |

I am sure most of you can relate, as i know several of you have created variations that have now become overbred |
I really can relate.
But sadly, no matter what we do, and what other people saythey will or won't do, we can never be sure of what exactly they will do with our prized creations.
But we do have to realize that we run the risk that all variations are pretty much available to anyone with the exception of AE's. That's why AE's are so expensive and valuable.
:\ Frustrating, I know. Best of luck
