Ok so on Fliker it say on one photo some rights reserved.... Could I still photoshop the photo? Like change it like into a manip?

These photos have the some right reserved.. Can I still use them?

Yes, you can. The license offered states that there are only two conditions: 1) do not use commercially, easy. 2) give credit to the creator. This means that you are required to list a link to the person who took the picture. I, myself, list the credits right on the picture, just to be safe.
