The Orickian Age: Time Of The Warring Wolves (My New Story!)

Okay so I kinda went over board on my imagination and just had to post this introduction or epilogue, whatever you prefer on this big story I hope to type on another site. The title is the name of the thread, The Orickian Age: Time Of The Warring Wolves. If you want me to continue on with chapters or the actual beginning just post, I don't really feel like a poll. anyway on to business, here we go! Oh by the way I got my inspiration from a few things, including the anime like show Avatar: the Last Airbender and the RPG toxic breed: wolfs by Firebird! thank You Firebird and avatar! Lol, now on with the show for real!


~*Introduction*~

In a world in which humans never took a single step or even existed in, where a vast magical place of wonderment fills you eyes. A forest so wide and large that is stretches from the west coastline to the eastern one, where roots are piled and stacked upon one another. Where you would see an array of creatures unlike those we humans are familiar with at all, old and new. Birds and insects, as well as bats, fly high above and in between talky trees and the canopy of the thick pine/rain forest. Where everything is as diverse as it it marvelous. A place where new life is spawned so quickly it sometimes can not support those who have lived in it for centuries, even thousands of years. Color in all assortments, blues, yellows, oranges, reds, greens, purples, blacks, whites, browns, grays and many many more. This place of great majesty and pureness is known as the Great Grand Forest Of Orickia. This is where four clans of warring wolves live, attacking their own kin for the few remaining resources in this section of the forest. For this is the Northern land of Orickia, where no forest beckons at all, instead, sparse pines in open, wild tundra, in a mix of old grass and snow. But by no mean are these wolves here normal to us in any way, they look like ordinary in many things, but their coats, markings, colors, and patterns are a wide array of coloration, ranging from the gloomiest black to the brightest, lovable pink. These four clans are respectively known as the Shadow Ravens, Silver Moon, Leaping Sakura and the Glacier Spring clans. Each clan contains its own abilities, coloration, hereditary markings, traditions and culture. But they all knew the same language, combining the four in the balance of the world, creating a everlasting harmony if not disturbed by anything. but the fragile balance between the four did not last longs, as soon as a terrible calamity hit the area. As the dry season set in, suddenly all the water dried up without anything really happening, all of the water, even the largest and proudest lakes and rivers reduce to mere ponds and even a few drops of mud. Many animals in that are, including Elk, other deer, songbirds, Birds of Prey, Bison, Wolves, Bears, and Raccoon began to die off very rapidly, thanks to the deprivation of the water. The wolf clans began to dispute and argue over land, territory, resources, food and many other things to keep there clans alive at all costs. It blew skyward from their, into full fledged war, betrayal, raids and sickness run rampant and the poor were commonly being caught in the middle of these deadly conflicts. However, there was a slimmer of hope, 1 chosen one from each clan are said to join together and protect balance and bring eternal peace, this is their rising. Can these four young heroes protect the land and bring peace to this deprived land once again?

Sounds interesting. I don't know if this was a typo or what, but an epilogue comes at the end of a story, the 'happily ever after', so to speak. A prologue is before the story.

i like it i have teh same kind of thing planned but i do have quite a few wolves that could be useful to you including these names Scar,Soldier,Crest, and Kira Kira meaning "killer" in Japenese.
