Can we upgrade places we own whenever Misty? Or do we have to land on it first?

You may upgrade enclosures whenever you like, but as per monopoly rules you can only do this if you first own all the properties in the colour set.

To buy an animal or herd for your enclosure (the SBF Monopoly equivalent of houses and hotels, respectively), just post here saying how many you want to buy and for which enclosure. An admin will then adjust your status as soon as the current player's go is finished. It doesn't matter whose go it is or what space you are on. You may do this any time.
