Quick poll...Please take it :) ( My Little Pony! )

Keemas art auction ( SQUEE, btw! ) has got me itching to create a My Little Pony....I LOVED these when I was younger and don't know why I didn't think of it before...


I can't find it as a creation anywhere, does anyone know if its already been created? I looked specifically in mythological creatures and horses....



If it hasn't been.....Is anyone opposed to me creating them?


I think I would like to add them as a species in their own right, not just as a variation......

What do you guys think?

I vote separate species. Otherwise you'll get all these trippy colours showing up in other horses.

Yeah, that was my thinking too Fer....That and, theres nothing stopping people making up variations outside of the standard ones once the species base is created...

Well, I'm definately decided upon making them...


I'm 95% decided on making them as a seperate species....


I intend to make them live for 100 years, too....Take that, Florida!



I can't decide where to put them...


LMT seems most logical, but they'd work in the SMT, Genetics lab and Forest too.....



Any thoughts on colours/variations for the initial 2 types? Rarity is uncommon to op, unfortunately


I've already got my first higher rarity pair planned out...I'm so excited

Just a word of advice: making them live 100 years may not be such a brilliant idea. Yes, it does mean you won't have to breed to replace that soon, but do you really expect it to be an issue if you have to wait eight years real time before they go to florida? This also means it'll take ages to breed them, about 48 hours, which can be annoying. May I recommend a compromise of about 35 years? This results in a gestation period of just under 17 hours, and a lifespan of about 3 years, real time. They still live for ages, but it's not as much of an issue to breed them.

As for enclosure, I really like the idea of seeing them in the Forest. Small Multi Terraform also sounds good, but only because we get free rescue pairs. Or you could put it in the Plains/Grassland with the pegasus.

I went looking for old My Little Ponies because I know my sister and I used to have binful, but I didn't find much. One of the ones I did find was a "seapony" that we used to play with in the bathtub. I think that's why its hair was so short: we chopped it off so it wouldn't get wet. Poor Seapony.
Here are a few basic colors I came up with: lavender, forget-me-not blue, sunny yellow, blue-eyed white, pastel pink. Does that sound like what you were looking for?

Just a word of caution, it's a copyrighted item and it may be something that won't be allowed to stay in the game as such. You may want to wait on creating it until we can talk with Nef about whether or not that would be a concern. Music is not allowed on game layouts for any of the Orbis Games for the same reason, it's copyrighted
