Its a european bear with a rere disease that causes balding - its been mostly seen in females, and also seen in south american and floridian bears
it may be genetic, it may be due to an adrenal tumor - they dont know |

Don't feel stupid - this was a toughie - I had seen it a few weeks ago when I was looking for rare/endangered bears
My first guess would have been chupacabra! |
