[Cowgirls Rule]

Emmett POV:

I pulled over to my meadow and looked at Charlotte.

“I have a confession, I’m not what I seem like,” I stated.

Charlotte nodded.

“I’m a…a…vampire,” I slowly replied.

“I thought so, I’ve been reading this vampire book series and some of the characteristics matched yours,” Charlotte exclaimed.

I breathed out and reached for her hand.

“You ready to meet the family?” I asked.

I had never known “true love”, and yet I think I found it right then and there.

She looked up into my eyes and I squeezed her hand. I turned on the engine and sped off towards the house.

I got out of the car and vampire speed walked over to her side of the car. I opened the door for her and hoisted her onto my back and zoomed up the stairs. I set down my “prop” or coat and helped her wiggle hers off.

I walked into the kitchen with Charlotte beside me. I smiled.

“Mom, I’m assuming you know, but anyways, she knows,” I called.

My “mom” nodded and she looked up from chopping some onions.

“You must be Charlotte,” ‘Mom’ replied.

Charlotte nodded.

“You can call me Esme, and this is Carlisle, my mate, and that’s Edward and his mate Rosalie, and that’s Alice and her mate Jasper,” Esme introduced everyone.

“Hi,” Charlotte replied.


CPOV:

I smiled and leaned into Emmett.

“Why don’t you two go upstairs?” Carlisle asked.

Emmett nodded and picked me up. He zoomed to his room and gingerly put me on his bed.

“Can I sleep?” I asked.

Just to help you improve on your writing skills, you probably don't want to use the word mate unless you put the word soul in front of it. That's generally an animal specifaciation.
