Payment issues: when making a ticket doesn't work...

So I accidentally bought $40 worth of tokens last month (ae: tried buying with a credit card first--for some reason the page after wouldn't load. Waited 24 hours, then tried again with paypal when I still didn't have any tokens, with the assumption that the credit card option was messed up somehow).

Long story short, I ended up getting charged for both, but only received the tokens bought through paypal.

Now, I've submitted support tickets about this. The first one was submitted as soon as I was aware of the double charge, and was bumped continuously over the last month. Another was submitted earlier this week after the first continued to be ignored.

Should I call Orbis at this point, or is there an e-mail I should try first?

I ask that only Mods or someone with experience in this situation respond, thanks.

I had someting similar happen and ended up filing a grievance with Paypal. At that point the owner(?) of the game was very nice and I got my tokens, "bump/accelerating the ticket" didnt do a darm thing

I've only bought with paypal, and although it took a few days logner than expected the tokens did arrive in the end. Slightly more than I had paid for, actually.

When you log into the game there's an email listed that you can contact if you have an issue. I'd try that.

Once a ticket is escalated, only the game owner, who is also the only one who can handle the money side of things, can see it.

I would suggest calling.

I justr tried buying with credit card and it worked. I have more tokens.

But I'm an international player, and the form really was set up for US people. I couldn't even put 3 letters in for my state code. I'm going to have to email them and explain so that they can get my money.
