Hurricane season...

I'm getting worried for the people down in the states where Hurricanes are a threat... Remember Katrina back in 2005? That was very harsh I could only imagine for the people that lost there homes and such that day . But THIS year, we have Bill and Danny, Bill could have caused something if it hit directly and it already caused some very high waves on the east coast. With global warming in all, all this heat is just going to power them up and if it hits... well Lets not think about that. I myself was in the area where Hurricane Ike Remains Hit, lets just say we had some trees fall and such over here in the great lake area near Lake Erie. Gustav and Ike were hard hits I believe and Ike was the third most destructive landfall in the US behind Katrina in 2005 and Hurricane Andrew of 1992. what are your thought on this season and past season hurricanes? I personally think most are going to be harmed and if we don't do something, we are going to lose a lot of lives.

I mwas just hit by I think Hurricane Danny last saturday and friday. Harsh rains and wind, I love rain but that was alot!

Ouch! I remember last year I was hit from te Remains of Ike, and We had a few trees knocked completely over or most, and I think we were playing outside, I nearly was blown over! . you must realize, I'm in Ohio here so that is VERY rare weather here, were not used to tropical weather.

Oh.... I live on the east coast so normally we get aloof rain during the summer.

Well we also get a lot of rain, sometimes thunderstorms, which lead to tornadoes. Never had one so far around me, don't Want too! How was it with Bill?

[Heather]

Bill? I don't know the names of the hurricanes. Most weren't bad. Except for at the beaches. Tides are major high this year. Right now at one of our beached they're over 6 feet.

Wow... well We get are fair share of small earthquakes, Let's hope no hurricane gets you!

Ha! I wish lol. I really wouldn't want to have a tornado though! I'd freak!

Oh no, there actually Quite rare in my area, there just a threat really. No really bid things here, its pretty nice!

Ye haa were Would probobly FREAK If we had a hurricane. I mean, my brother, whenever here he's a lightining bolt he runs around screaming and crying tears "There's going o be a Tornado!!!". then me and my dad will yell there isd going to be no tornado, very frustrating.

lol. Our hurricane just past but its gonna rain soona gain. Today, earlier clouds formed and they were gray.

Lol, we haven't had anything for a few days, nice sunny days here!

It rained like I dont know two days ago. But it rained this entire summer.

It rained last week pretty bad, but nothing for a bit, nothing bad through most of summer break.
