Okay, here's my entry:

Username: SisKate
Poem is about: Horse Shows
Why you are entering the contest: For fun
Are you willing to pay money: I don't know... why?

"Sucsessful Show Scene"

I'm up at five
It's the big day
I gather up my tack
Waterbucket, and hay

I load him into the trailer
He's braided, bathed and all
I am just so excited
It's gonna be a ball

When we finally arrive
We all get prepared
Mentally and physically
Remember, don't act scared!

On with the helmet
Off with the lint
Just making sure
The judge gets the hint

As I take a deep breath
And ask for my canter
I gather my thoughts
And then we go faster

Over the oxer
Up to the box
We're clearing the course
As swift as a fox

Now we've completed
I'm feeling quite fine
I'm sure there's a shot
We'd get first this time!

Our number is called
"Number Three Sixty Three"
I go and collect it
Our first blue, yipee!

You know practice makes perfect
Especially going green
But now it's paid off
A sucsessful show scene!

ok I'm putting in some of the competers for Part 2. You may have questions such as these five:

1. If i'm not there in the list does that mean my poem is bad?
2. If i'm on the list will I stay there?
3. Do I have to have another poem for Part two?
4. For Part Two is the maximum number of lines the same?
5.Why are you putting peopple on the list right now?

And here are the answers:
1. Of course not! It just means I haven't decided yet.
2. Not nessicarily. Other people are still able to enter the competition.
3. yes, I would like that if you did.
4. No. The maximum number of lines for Part two will be 25 and part three will be different as well.
5. this is to organize my thoughts and I cant lose a piece of paper if its on here, now can I?

I just love seeing the new poems people have written. They're new to me but may be old to your and your friends and family.

Pink, soft creatures hold me and stroke me
For I must be cute
My jaws part to let a yawn through
