I think that she meant to be on the lookout for people disobbaying the rules on this site. Then telling them when it happens. Seeing as how none of the admins or anyone ever come on anymore.

Actually, ive seen a lot of the community stepping up to the plate. newcomers that stick around seem to get mentored, and "gently" guided when they goof *G*

and if we bring our problems to the group, there is at least support and advice

there is a lot of support and great people on here - it would be nice if we had a moderator presence, though

Finally got my token issue resolved but it took a complaint filed with Paypal. I will say that i was more tht compensated for the tokens, maybe not so much for the shear frustration of "shouting into a vacuum."
