Been thinking about doing this, figured it would be fun. I always like to hear what people's day were like. <3
Everyone, post here and tell me the oddest or most random part of your day/week! Whomever has the oddest story every week can have a free animal with one or more traits of at least exotic rarity! XD
My weridest part of the day today was when I almost fell asleep in class, and the thought "In 2016(or something or another) the teen birth rate will be up by 44%!" randomly passed through my mind. Why? I don't know, I could barely keep my eyes open... |

we have a kitten, wild as all get out, named Rocket. he is a master at stealth & speed. We also have 2 German Shepherds and a mut (plus other cats)
I was cooking and opened a drawer to get a potholder.
My first thught " I dont have any furry black potholders?!"
Rocket was asleep in the potholder drawer
then I had to go out and sort worms |

A couple days ago my friend was telling me about this clay pot she'd made. She said that the pot could not be used for food because it was toxic. I was really confused because I thought she meant you couldn't eat the pot. lol |

The oddest part of my day is when I was in the back parking lot of the apt. building and I looked up and there was this big bird walking around in the parking lot. It was a wild turkey hen. I have seen them on the sides of the highways and things but never that close to people. I tried to get a picture of her but she wouldn't hold still so I could snap it. |

That is odd, Drm. Has it been seen by alot of people lately? It could be addicted to human food.
Daes, I think you like rabbits too much. but then again I get that too with my animals, thinking they're saying things! but they arn't, it's my imagination. Very strange though. it could very well have had red eyes, it is natural. |

I think all cats like to leave their fluff where it doesn't belong.
My Dad's cat will love on anyone that stops moving long enough. No surprise that he was rubbing on my arm with a vengeance with his tail waving about while I tried to eat, I've learned to ignore him, he stops quicker that way. Went to jab the fork in the macaroni and something like 'Huh, there's a tail in my bowl.' crossed my mind. Me and the cat looked at it for a bit and I ended up having to manually remove it since he seemed fine with leaving it in there. |

Don't know much about cottontails, but if it isn't natural it could have been a trick of light, too. XD
Coffee isn't good for you. My dad is addicted to it and whenever he's deprived he gets mad really easily and it isn't much fun. |

Fairly odd occurance today......
Just had my haircut, pouring rain, stopped off at my favourite discount store ( basically factory seconds of chocolate etc etc, nothing wrong with the products at ALL just don't "look" good enough for retail ) and despite being wet and scraggly, the guy that owns it ( who's never met me before ) said "Hi..." *long pause* "Your haircut looks nice"....
How did he know?
I only had a trim so it pretty much looks the same as always so........ |

....Because he's been watching you .... but he probably was referring to the style in general and not playing psychic reading your immediate past.
Today I decided that I smelled like Summer. It was nice out so I took a book and baked myself. The bug spray I had used on a whim was citronella scented and it just made me think Summer. Kind of reminds me of the last time I had coconut ice cream and when asked to describe it I said it was like eating a suntan, a really good suntan ^.^ |
