Has This Happened Before?

I sent in $10 in the mail to get 1,100 tokens... i sent them in like two weeks ago... hasn't been updated on my profile... i wuz just wondering how long it takes a little envelope in first class (or whatever) to go from Tucson, AZ to Texas... Has this happened to anybody before?... Do u think my mail got stolen?

Please tell me you sent a money order and not cash. If you sent cash it's probably either gone or still sitting in their mail waiting to be opened and processed, if it was a money order you can track the number and find out if it's been cashed yet.

sadly it was a ten dollar bill. do u mean its in Orbis's mail thing waiting to be opened or a mail place's mail room?

If you send cash, there is no way of knowing whether or not it ever reached Nef (the game owner). It could be in a postal worker's pocket. Checks and money orders can at least be tracked, and you can keep an eye on your records to see whether the money has been taken or not. With cash, there are no guarantees.

You can try putting in a support ticket to Orbis Worlds, with your name and which state your letter was coming from (no one but the game owner and the Ops have access to tickets, so no one else will see your location). Did you include a note with your player name, what the cash was for (SBF tokens), and farm number? If not, it's possible that Nef got it and had no idea what the money was for or which account to put it on. It's also possible that someone took it before it ever reached Nef. For future reference, never send cash through the mail...always get your parents to write a check or money order.

k. how do i send the ticket or whatever? I did put all the info. its been like two months now and im so sad. i wish i wrote a check. im dumb. and i could have boughten a rabbit toy for my rabbits Sad

they changed the satus to escalated what does that mean? and i asked but they never replied. They last replied 9 days ago. Sad

Escalated means that it has been sent to Nef, the game owner. The ops can no longer see it. Please keep responding to the ticket, as that will keep it up near the top so she can see it.
