koneko: Just with treats? I tried that with my girls once I might try it again but mostly they just got mad at me lol
rockybalboa: I am so sorry about Buster's hips! Hopefully he will learn to cope with his aging problems fairly well. Have you taken him to the vet to get it checked out yet? My prayers are with you
My animals are not up to anything new my kitties and llamas are enjoying spring but other than that no updates. Oh well sometimes no news is good news |

TODAY WAS BORIE'S 2ND BIRTHDAY!!! Yep! She turned two and I sat on her for the first time! She was absolutely perfect! She didn't shy, flinch, or even move! Then when my mom walked her around, she acted like she had done this a million times! Well, I'm really hyped up right now..........

Bratterratt: I bet that was the biggest rush ever? Hows the rest of her training coming along?
Marlee: Why'd you put the laughing face? I'm sensing there's more to that story lol
Daisy: Congrats on your new pet!!! Are you using Peter for 4-h or just as a pet? How are your chicks doing?
Midnight Delight-- September 30th 2005 - April 2nd 2009
Well a very sad thing happened in my life yesterday my cat Midnight died. She was fine an hour before my mom found her lying dead on the sidewalk. I'm still trying to realize that she's gone. We buried her with her kitten Promise from when she had one accidental litter. She was 3 years and 6 months old pretty good for an outside girl that was born feral. It took me 5 months of working with her before I ever touched her. She became the sweetest cat in the world when she had her babies. Her water broke on my foot. She kept the peace between her sister Moon and our other kitty Dutchess. They hate each other to this day. Midnight was their only friend and she loved them both. Dutchess was clueless when she showed up here. Midnight taught her everything that she knows today. She didn't even know how to bury her poop in the litter box. Midnight would bury it for her until she caught on. Stray cats were seldom allowed on the property with Midnight around. They would still come but they knew their limits because if they overstepped their boundaries Midnight was after them. They all had a great respect for her though. Seven cats came to pay their respects to Midnight yesterday. Five of them were there around the time she died and four attended her funeral. Moon and Dutchess said goodbye to her and Moon bawled for the longest time. I think she will be lost for a while without her. Midnight was an amazing cat. I was a very lucky girl to have her in my life. I only hope we can make it without her.
