Odd Sickness

Has anyone here on the game gotten the sickness that lasts for a few days, and is quite contagious. I have the strain of it where your throat is sore and you get headaches. I hate it.

A friend's duaghter had gotten. She was sick for like 2 weeks, she missed a week of school, but fortunately her teachers let her make the work up. I think I might have had the soreness part of it. It seems like it my be going around my school.

My brother and my dad had it. It went around my school like crazy, about half of my grade got it.

Oh my goodness my dad and bro. got it to!! and so did half my class and we're two days away from our fine arts competition and alot of us our singing.... including me..... Shocked

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one. My science class (which has about 14 people in it) was down to 4 or 5 the last couple of days because everyone was getting sick. Our teacher was pretty upset because we were supposed to be growing bacteria to simulate the way scientists grow skin. This lab required us to pair up. No one was there, so we ended up having a work set. On top of this, our drama club is doing Fiddler On the Roof, and our lead (Tevye) has bronchitis - keep in mind the show is two days away. So pretty much, sicknesses are ruining our lives!!! (Well, mine atleast)

Well over in England, we had a sickness bug going round a while back. You were fine one minute, then BLEAH (spewing goodness lol) ever 2 minutes. (Everyone said it was about 2 mins each time). Felt weak, couldn't eat/drink else spewing would start again.

This lasted about 2 days, but I can tell you, it was the WORST 2 days I can remember lol.

Mash- I had something similar once. I was about five, and my dad had his boss over for lunchXD I was throwing up all over the place, so they stuck me in the backyardXD

A few years ago on the first snowday of the school year, I woke up to find I could hardly move or breathe. I had this terrible pain in my chest that made me unable to get out of bed. So my mom came in, wondering where I was, and took me to the hospital. It was terrible. I was so cold they couldn't find my veins to give me an IV, and when they finally found the vein, blood spurted all over my hand and dripped onto the floor. They didn't even wipe it up, so there was warm, wet blood gushing over my hand Confused

I just sat there, moaning, until I felt good enough for them to move me to a room for x-rays. They never figured out what was wrong. It was an absolute nightmare.

I do believe I now have what you are talking about! I think I caught it from a friend that I was with for a long period of time. I've kinda half-lost my voice. She's completely lost hersXD
