My rating was 100, then when i went on now it was 40??? then if it drops to 30... I can't play anymore?! Crying or Very sad

Please sort this out... Thanks.

DO you have a brother sister or friend who plays on the same computer?

The most common cause of rating decreases is creating multiple accounts. This is not allowed, you may only have one account per person.
Other household members like Siblings may have an additional account, it will effect your rating.

Your rating may also be decreased by breaking other rules.
If your account becomes suspended you can email johnarras@gmail.com with a digitally signed text copy of the rules.
As with other customer support requests, please give your player ID or exact player name, and if it involves animals or other players please give their ID's or player names as well. It helps us to help you faster. Smile

Occasionally ratings drop to 80. This is nothing to worry about, but if it keeps dropping, then drop us a line.
